
This is the place to start for all those strange people out there,
who are not yet depressed! If you´re allready depressed, you should be
able to find some new inspiration below. So go out and get moody!

Step one:Prepare yourself:
Put on some boring clothes, black, white and gray is fine,
take a long walk and make sure that you´re totally relaxed.
Place yourself in front of a mirror, look straight into your
own eyes and say: "I, (your name) want to be depressed!"
Repeat this until you have convinced yourself (probably 10-20 times)

Step two:Prepare your surroundings:
Make sure that nobody will interrupt you the next few hours,
this could include locking the doors, calling your friends and
relatives and so on

Step three:Wait until I write the next section of
this guide:
Sit down in a comfy chair,
from wich you can see your PC and wait.
