Some good moody music is the foundation of a nice depression, below is the results of badmoodland´s skilled researchers hard work:

badmoodlands guide to moody music:

The music for your depression should first of all have a slow rythm section, agressive rythmes tend to make you angry or excited, that´s not what we´re looking for! On top of that should be a nice moody melody, and thats the problem! Moody melody isn´t the same for all of us, I personally like some old 60´s or 70´s tunes, but everyone has a different oppinion! Try some different stuff and find out what you like.
However, if you haven´t got the time for that, if you need it right now! Just take a pick from the list, there should be a fair chance that it suits you!

The 10 all time moody favorites:

(1) Nick Cave and the bad seeds

(2) Anything by Leonard Cohen

(3) Vivaldi´s "the four seasons: Autumn"

More to come soon! (Promise)
